I absolutely loved the beautiful green space in the middle of the hotel. It was so nice to have trees and grass surrounding the area. It made the whole place feel peaceful and serene. As a senior woman, I found it very comforting to be surrounded by nature. The hotel's ground-level rooms were also a big plus for me. It was very convenient not having to climb any stairs or use an elevator. I felt safe and comfortable being able to access my room easily. the hotel's decoration and accessibility for senior people were top-notch.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive. Sometimes I felt like the children working there were too busy and not paying enough attention to the needs of the guests.

24-hour check-in, super convenient ATM at the front for easy arrival, mind-blowing wifi in rooms near the reception, clean rooms and bathrooms with a good shower , free parking right outside our room.

The staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay, and I've been returning ever since. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, board games, pets allowed, and non-smoking rooms. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

Arrived late, but thankfully could call someone to check me in. Loved feeling at home with complimentary Wi-Fi and TV. Breakfast was a delightful treat every morning.

We stayed at Hotel & Residence Avermes for one night as we were traveling through France. The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a 15% discount at the nearby Campanile hotel for dinner. The price was reasonable, and we loved the unique setup of the hotel with circular units surrounding a central green area. Parking in front of our unit was convenient.

We had a blast exploring the nearby La Pal Amusement Park, which was only a short drive away. The hotel had digital television in the room, so we could chill and watch our favorite shows after a long day of fun. It was the perfect place for young, adventurous teenagers like us!

The only thing we would've loved to have at the hotel was a cool hangout area, like a game room or a lounge, where we could chill and have a good time with our friends. It would've added an extra element of fun to our stay.

The hotel had a spacious room and the staff were friendly. They also had a good breakfast buffet with a decent variety of options. One positive aspect was that the hotel had a central square layout, which meant that there was no noise from above. the hotel had a lovely green area where you could park your car in front of your unit, giving it a nice ambiance.

There were quite a few negative aspects to our stay. the rooms were in desperate need of upgrading and had an unpleasant smell.

this motel reminded me of my previous stay in Avermes, but it exceeded my expectations. The staff, although lacking in English, were helpful and the accommodation was clean and quiet. Off-street parking was a great bonus.
